Haley Crum Blanton, J.D., President

Haley’s career at FrankCrum started from the ground up, when she began working as a Customer Care Representative while studying for her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, FL.  Armed with years of experience in serving clients and hearing their concerns first hand, she became the Vice President of Client Services, Compliance and Business Affairs for the PEO, promoted to the President of FrankCrum Staffing and was then most recently promoted to Executive Vice President of FrankCrum (PEO). Haley achieved her law degree from Stetson University College of Law and is a Certified Staffing Professional. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, American Staffing Association, National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations and was a finalist in the Business Woman on the Year program conducted by Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Todd Thomas,Operations Director 

Todd has worked in a leadership capacity in the Staffing industry for over 15 years, most recently with Select Staffing, where he served as Regional Manager over Florida since 2011.  Prior to that his industry experience included GM of Sales for a national staffing firm where he spearheaded the creation of a managed service program for staffing customers seeking more robust solutions. As Operations Director Todd will be responsible for contributing to FrankCrum Staffing’s overall business strategy and increasing offerings to both existing and new clients.  He will also oversee product development, product marketing, sales, and branch operations.

Patricia Rosenthal, Area Manager

After joining FrankCrum as Human Resources Manager in 2005, Trisha Rosenthal moved to the staffing side as Branch Manager and later Area Manager of FrankCrum Staffing in 2010. She is responsible for sales, customer service and client retention; managing operations and sales for several branch offices. Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA.
