Automatic benefits: You’ll be connected immediately to myFrankCrum.com, a smart phone-compatible web portal that gives you access to weekly pay stubs, withholding and benefits information, discounts, special offers, W-2 forms and more. Employees working 1,500 consecutive hours within a 12-month period may request vacation pay.
Voluntary enrollment benefits: Employees working 30 or more hours regularly after a 90-day waiting period have access to medical, dental, short and long term disability, term life and vision benefits. In addition, FrankCrum Staffing provides a 401(k) retirement program and matches 100 percent of the first 4% after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked, with immediate vesting in the employer match.
