Haley D. Crum, J.D., President
Haley leads FrankCrum Staffing, a national, family-owned firm with a concentration in the Florida market that she calls home. She serves as a member of the American Staffing Association, the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO), the AchieveHERs Executive Committee and as a board member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). Haley is the Chair of the Homeless Empowerment Program Board. The Gulf Coast Business Observer awarded Haley their 40 Under 40 Award in 2018, and the Clearwater Chamber named her “Businesswoman of the Year” for 2020. Haley earned her B.A. in Business Management from Eckerd College, and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
Patricia Albright , Director of Operations
After joining FrankCrum as Human Resources Manager in 2005, Tricia moved to the staffing side as Branch Manager and later Area Manager of FrankCrum Staffing in 2010. She is responsible for sales, customer service and client retention; managing operations and sales for several branch offices. Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA.
Joe Maxwell, Division Director, Light Industrial and Clerical
Joe leads the Light Industrial and Clerical division at FrankCrum Staffing. He has more than 15 years of experience in combining cross-functional competencies in staff management, operations planning, customer retention, and financial management. His history in the staffing and recruiting industry has focused on verticals such as contact centers, logistics and manufacturing, food service, and retail. Joe holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Holyoke College.
Tia Abdullaj, Director of IT Staffing
Tia is the Director of Talent Acquisition for the IT Division at FrankCrum Staffing. She has more than 15 years of experience in IT Consulting with specializations in Human Resources, Operations, and Talent Acquisition, including the management of global sales and recruitment teams within Information Technology. She has demonstrated success with a ‘lead by example’ mentality in all functional HR areas to ensure the most effective use of human capital in driving business strategy. Tia holds a certificate in Transformational Leadership and received Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management (MHRM) and Business Administration (MBA), as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
