Haley D. Crum, J.D., President

Haley leads FrankCrum Staffing, a national, family-owned firm with a concentration in the Florida market that she calls home. FrankCrum Staffing has served both hiring managers and job seekers for over 38 years. Family values and a high professional service standard guide the company culture. Haley is a member of the American Staffing Association, National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO). Haley is Chair on the Homeless Empowerment Program Board and leads AchieveHERs, a businesswomen’s networking and support group affiliated with the Clearwater Chamber. Haley earned her B.A. in Business Management from Eckerd College, and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. The Gulf Coast Business Observer awarded Haley their 40 Under 40 Award in 2018, recognizing her as a top business leader. When not working, Haley is highly involved in the community and she savors time with her daughter, Annabelle. linkedin

Darryl Mayo, Director of Recruiting and Operations

Darryl has 25 years of experience in the Staffing Industry, with specialties in technology consulting, contract-to-hire and direct placement for project management, business intelligence, data warehouse, data analysis and business analysis, managed service programs, and recruiting process outsourcing. Darryl prides himself on being a “true partner” to the clients he serves. As Director of Recruiting and Operations, Darryl leads day-to-day operations with a focus on recruiting and both candidate and client retention. Darryl is a certified Six Sigma Champion. He graduated from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio with a B.A. in Business Administration and Management. He and his wife Jennifer have eight children between the two of them. Darryl has spent time volunteering as part of a “Prison Fellowship” program. linkedin

Brian Lieberman, Director of Sales

Brian has over 20 years of experience providing full service staffing solutions, and operates with the highest level of honesty and integrity. Brian has led regional recruiting and business development efforts, and placed thousands of professionals in full-time and contract positions. As Director of Sales at FrankCrum Staffing, Brian manages day-to-day sales functions and activities for all FrankCrum Staffing offices, and advances the long-term initiatives of the organization. Brian has consistently ranked among the top sales professionals in the industry earning Chairman’s Club Sales and President Club Awards. He earned his B.A. in Marketing from Rowan University in New Jersey. He currently serves on the board for The Association for Corporate Growth, and is very involved with Meals on Wheels and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. linkedin
