Haley D. Crum, J.D., President

Haley’s career at FrankCrum started when she began working as a Customer Care Representative while studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, FL. Armed with years of experience in serving clients and hearing their concerns first hand, she became the Vice President of Client Services, Compliance and Business Affairs for the PEO. Haley is now the President of FrankCrum Staffing and Executive Vice President of FrankCrum (PEO). Haley obtained her law degree from Stetson University, College of Law, and is a Certified Staffing Professional. She is a member of the American Staffing Association, National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations and was a two-time finalist in the BusinessWoman of the Year program conducted by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.


Shelby Medina, Vice President

Shelby is an experienced, highly motivated and focused leader with over a decade of industry experience. In her previous role as VP of Sales and Business Development, Shelby managed three locations, directed recruiting and sales and developed strategic planning for the organization. As VP of FrankCrum Staffing, Shelby directs the overall business strategy to increase offerings to both existing and new clients across the country. She also oversees the design, development and execution of sales, recruiting and branch operations.
