FrankCrum Staffing is recruiting for a major client in the Clearwater/Largo area. This is a high volume call center driven by sales. Associates will be required to make outbound sales calls to potential clients.
Overview:
· Assist clients via prompts provided, upselling Consumer's products and services
· Sales position in a large call center environment.
· Identify the decision maker at facility that handles payments.
· Ensures customer retention and satisfaction.
· Responding to customer correspondence and updating customer personal information.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficient computers/data entry.
