FrankCrum Staffing has a client in the Trinity/Odessa area that is looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temp to hire position and pay is dependent on experience. This is a Monday through Friday job from 8-5. Perform the general duties of clerical work
1. Scanning
2. Copying
3. Computer Use
4. Answer Phone
6. Using a paging system
7. Clerical work
Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems; classifies, sorts and files correspondence, records and other documents.
Substitute in other departments performing routine clerical work.
Use company phone to transfer calls and make internal pages
Greet visitors and guests; gain confidentiality agreements; issue ppe to visitors.
